From an early age I had been intrigued as to - why do people do the things that they do? By studying psychology I quickly learnt just how fragile the human mind can be and the need to take care of ourselves mentally as well as physically.
Since 50% of our total waking hours are spent at work - which can heavily influence how we think and feel for the rest of those waking hours (alongside how we sleep), the invisible thread that runs throughout my career has been to improve the quality of life at work.
My practice combines business psychology, over 15 years in the field of dispute resolution and executive coaching, to help people find solutions. I work with individuals, teams and large groups to navigate through times of uncertainty and conflict when people may feel frustrated, anxious, stuck or unfulfilled.
